Emma Kent is the founder of Alleviate Recruitment and the Alleviate Coaching Tool, with more than 25 years' experience across Australian Government HR, recruitment, executive support and selection processes.

She spent a decade as a substantive Executive Level 2 officer in Department of Human Services human resources, including director roles across recruitment, SES services, shared services and onboarding.

Through Alleviate Recruitment, Emma provides timely, cost-effective and high-quality shortlisting, interview support, independent panel member services, scribing and training expertise to government agencies. That practical recruitment work informs ACT's role-specific coaching approach.
