Start with the role material
Before writing answers, read the Position Description, Job Description or job ad. Look for repeated duties, capability words, stakeholder requirements, judgement signals and delivery expectations.
Practice evidence, not scripts
A strong answer does not need to sound memorised. It needs to show what happened, what you were responsible for, what you personally did, what changed and why the example matters for the role.
Review and repeat
Use the practice report to choose one improvement area for the next session. Repeated practice is most useful when each attempt has a clear focus.
