Start with the source material
Read the Position Description, Job Description or job ad before drafting answers. Mark duties, behaviours, outcomes and repeated words.
Build a practice map
Group the repeated themes into three to six areas. These themes become your practice map and help you decide which examples to prepare.
Choose evidence, not stories
The best example is not always the biggest project. It is the example that proves something relevant to the role with clear personal action and result.
Practice and review
Practice the examples out loud, review what was unclear and improve one thing at a time.
