Creating your account and signing in

Use Create account when buying a practice pack for the first time.

Existing users should sign in with the same email used for the purchase.

Use Forgot password? from the sign-in screen if you cannot access the account.

If you still cannot access a paid account, create a support ticket and include the account email, but do not include your password.
