Start with the repeated themes
A practice report is most useful when you treat it as your next-session plan. Do not only look at the readiness indicator.
Look for the next practice action
Ask whether your examples were role-relevant, whether your personal ownership was clear, whether the result was concrete and whether any jargon made the answer harder to follow.
Choose one improvement area
After a session, choose one focus area. You might shorten the Situation, strengthen the Action or add a clearer Result.
