Gift practice credits

Open Practice credits and use the gift option when available.

Gift emails can name the sender and number of credits, but they do not expose the sender's credit balance.

The recipient should claim the credit using the email address the gift was sent to.

If a recipient cannot claim a gift, create a support ticket with the sender email, recipient email and gift date.
