Steps and notes
Updated 2026-08-02.
A promotion code changes the price of an eligible personal ACT practice pack at checkout. It does not add free practice credits to your balance.
Enter the code on the pricing or billing screen, choose an eligible practice pack, then create an account or sign in before you pay. ACT shows the offer price before secure Stripe checkout.
Promotion codes are limited to one redemption per account and do not apply to gifts, feedback rewards, support grants, corporate credits, pack upgrades or top-ups.
If a code does not work, check that it was copied fully and try the public offer link if one was provided. An unavailable, paused, expired or full offer cannot be restored from the checkout screen; choose a standard practice pack or check the offer terms.
If ACT says you have already used the offer, sign in with the same account that completed the promotion purchase. Completed offers cannot be used again.
If checkout did not finish, return to billing while signed in to the same account and try again. An expired checkout can only be restarted while the offer is still eligible.
A gift is a credit sent to a recipient by email. A feedback reward is a credit ACT grants after qualifying feedback. A support grant is an individual support credit arranged by ACT. Normal billing uses the standard pack price when no promotion applies.
Create a billing support ticket if a paid promotion purchase does not add credits. Include the account email and approximate payment time, but do not include payment card details, Position Description text or interview content.
